Individual Therapy

Service Description

When you come to my therapy practice as an individual client, expect to discuss any mental health or relational issue you may be experiencing. I will create a safe space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences. I will listen to your concerns without judgement and will offer you empathy, validation, positive feedback, and education. I will also provide you resources, tools, and strategies which can help you reach your goals. Additionally, I can help you identify any underlying issues that may need to be addressed, processed, and understood in order for you to heal, grow, and thrive.
